    Deliveries and Returns:

    1. DELIVERY TIMES - Delivery times are established in good faith and are given as an indication. Unless otherwise expressly stipulated in writing, a delay can not, under any circumstances, justify cancellation of an order or compensation of any kind.

    2. DELIVERY, COSTS AND RISKS - Our equipment is always considered sold, accepted and accepted in our establishments. He travels at the risk of the client. Any reservations must be made to the carrier immediately upon receipt of the parcels. The transport rates are as follows: Transport costs. (Prices are subject to change at any time without notice). A contribution to the delivery costs will be charged for each order. We reserve the right to change at any time without notice the conditions of participation in shipping costs. If the delivery is refused when the seller has not made a mistake in delivery or preparation and the products are in good condition, the participation in delivery costs will not be refunded.

    It is important to choose your type of delivery. In case of loss or damage by the postal services or the carrier, only compensation for your type of shipment will be paid. We invite you to check your address PRIOR to the validation of your order.

    3. CLAIMS - Any complaint concerning the goods supplied, must reach us by registered letter within five days of their reception, by referring to the numbers and date of the invoice of purchase by stating the reasons for the request. After this period, the claim will no longer be taken into consideration. No return merchandise will be accepted, unless prior written agreement from us and provided they are returned to us in new condition and in their original packaging and with the removal order of the carrier. A return number obtained from our customer service and valid for 15 days, must be clearly mentioned on the packaging. In the case of an error made by the customer regarding the choice of the product, we accept, to the extent that the products are returned in the original condition, to take back the product subject to having been informed in writing within ten (10) days after receipt. It should be noted that the customer agrees to cover the management fee which is ten percent (10%) of the value of the returned product (s). Any product with a value less than or equal to thirty euro (30 euros) excluding taxes will not be taken back. We bring to your attention, however, that no return or cancellation will be accepted on an order of products configured or adapted to the specific needs of the customer. In any case, accepted and verified returns will be refunded at the customer's purchase price. The return costs will be borne by the customer.

    4. WARRANTY - Due to our quality of consumable supplier and computer equipment, we do not provide any contractual warranty for the products. The only guarantee to which we are bound is the legal guarantee provided by articles 1641 and 1649 of the Civil Code. The contractual guarantee that may be granted by the manufacturer is binding only on the latter. In any case, we do not guarantee that the supplied goods are able to answer to a particular problem specific to the activity of the user. We are not liable for any compensation to the user or to third parties for the consequences of the use of the goods, whether direct or indirect, accidents
